Today I thought I share with you 5 simple adaptable principles that can help you you communicate in an excellent manner, reduce your anxiety and improve your next speaking opportunity!
๐. ๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ฅ. ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐!
The best way to overcome anxiety is to prepare, prepare, and prepare some more. Take the time to go over your notes several times. Once you have become comfortable with the material, practiceโa lot. Videotape yourself, or get someone to critique your presentation. Be deliberate.
